Unlike so many other studios, we use age-appropriate music and movement!   

BALLET

Ballet is the first step to building proper dance technique!  Our ballet classes are structured and disciplined
in every level, while maintaining an element of fun for young dancers.  Beginning levels are focused on basic
fundamentals and body placement, while more advanced levels focus on musicality, speed and control.  
Placement is based on skill, age, and experience.   

TECHNICAL JAZZ

Want to improve flexibility, strength, and style while learning leaps, turns and the latest technical tricks? 
Our technical jazz classes are jam-packed!  ADS is proud to incorporate Los Angeles style choreography into
our proper technical training!  Technical Jazz and ballet are a must to prepare students for school dance teams
as well as ADS All Star teams!  

CREATIVE MOVEMENT

ADS has designed a program for young dancers beginning at age 3!  Students explore their environment through fun music,
movement, singing, and basic tap and ballet techniques.  Large motor and balancing skills are acquired through simple,
repetitive exercises and games.  Socialization through dance also helps these youngsters prepare for the discipline of higher
level learning.  All creative movement students must be 3-5 years old and potty trained. 

KEMPO KARATE

Mondays and Thursdays 6:30-8:30

Ages 6 to adult

Levels: All

Cost: $40 per month

This is a non-competitive, non-sparring class which prepares students for real life self defense.  All levels are welcome!
